Lost or stolen packages

NYCreations by PE is NOT responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

Damaged package upon arrival

If you recieved a damage package you should take pictures of it immediately in order to file a complaint to the delivery carrier service used. NYCreations by PE is not responsible for any damage package during delivery distribution.

There are no refunds UNLESS an error occurred made by NYCreation by PE. If this happens please contact me immediately. I encourage everyone to read full item description along with store policy before purchasing. I am not responsible for wrong sizing, item selection etc. I clearly specify details of every item.

Custom and personalized orders

If personalization and customization aren't part of the listing of your choice and you would like any of these options, pricing will vary depending on the item.

Keep all purchased items (laminated cash envelopes and cash breakdown cards) in a clean place and wipe down with a soft tissue. Constant usage will show some wear. Keep away from hazard materials.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Velvet bags and gift paper wrapped are used for gift orders.

Can I resell your products or use for non personal purposes?

All items in this shop CANNOT be used for resell, redistribution, or used for any monetary reasons. These items are for PERSONAL USE ONLY! This includes digital items and physical items.

Can pricing change without notice?

Pricing can change without noticed at any time due to processing, materials, and customization factors.

All cash envelopes are laminated for longer durability. But please keep in mind that over stuffing your envelopes can cause some wear and tear over time. Please avoid over stuffing you envelopes for longer durability. Please understand that with constant usage for a long period of time lamination can start to peel off, this can also be caused if envelopes are not handled with care.

What happens if the cash envelopes I order do not fit my binder?

Please make sure before ordering that you measure the space in-between the middle holes in your binder and include the measurements in the personalization section provided when ordering. This will help avoid any issues. If you are unsure please do not hesitate to message me and I will respond as soon as possible. Due to materials used for customization orders NO refunds, returns or exchanges can be provided.

Why do my envelopes have small bubbles or scratches?

This is a natrual occurrence that happens with the usage of the lamination process. Envelopes that are made with specialty paper can also cause this to happen. Specialty paper can also come with a few defects from the manufacturer, this is out of my control although I always try to use the best materials.

What happens if I'm not 100% satisfied with my purchase?

If this happens please don't hestitate to contact me and I will contact you as soon as possible to resolve any issues.

Can a seller cancel orders for any reason?

There are many reason why I can cancel an order, due to high volume of orders, personal circumstances that can't allow me to process order such as getting sick or being on vacation. The order was either placed incorrectly or you purchased the wrong item at a different price. A note will always be attached to your canceled order.

The "no holes" option does not come with extra lamination. If you would like to punch your own holes please request or message me to leave extra lamination.

Can I add "signature confirmation" for my USPS delivery for my package?

Yes you can that will cost you additional to your delivery costs. Please reach out for any questions.

What are the dark dots or lines on the back of my cardstock envelope or teller cards?

This happens due to ink residue. It's caused by the printer brush when printing. Even though I clean it's inevitable for it to happen due to constant usage of printer.

Can I copy your digital products, design ideas or enevlopes?

NO under NO circumstances can you copy or imitate any design or idea in my shop!!! The graphics I use can be from primary, secondary or third parties sources that are copyrighted work. An idea that I come out with using these graphics is not for you to steal! This is copyright infringement! I always state clearly in every item detail about who made the graphics and specify clearly that it's for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Do I get a refund if I decide to refuse the package when attempted for delivery?

All package that are refused to be taken from mailing service due to personal circumstances will NOT get refunded. I will not refund your order once items have been made and shipped but refused by you (the buyer). Under no circumstances will I process a refund. If you have any issues please contact me immediately after placing your order and before I start preparing your orders.

For my shop the measurements for cash envelopes are as following: A6: 51mm A5: 70mm A7: 19mm "Personal & true A6" size binder cash envelopes vary between 51mm & 38mm. Please,please always check your binder ring space distance for correct measurements. I am NOT responsible for wrong size envelopes. If you are unsure of your binder measurements I recommend requesting "no holes/self punch" so I can leave lamination for you to self punch the holes that way you get the puncture holes to the correct size.

How long can my orders take to ship?

Orders can take about 7+ buisness days to be processed and prepped which doesn't include shipping time frame. If you would like or need your orders quicker please add "skip the line option" to your order for an additional cost to have your orders ready from 1-3 buisness days. When this is added the time will depend on the amount of items you order.
