Not personalised: returns within 14 days. You are responsible for the shipping cost in returning the item to me. Once I have the item back I will send a refund or a new item if you are exchanging.

Your item will ship using Royal Mail 'standard' delivery.
Please allow 5-10 working days for your item to arrive. Unfortunately, I don't post with tracking as standard as the cost is too high for me to cover. However you can upgrade at checkout.

I try to be as eco friendly with my packaging. I use tissue paper in lots of my orders which is recycled. If you happen to get some bubble wrap in your order - this is reused from my personal orders so please use again or recycle. This cuts down cost and I can offer lower prices.

Gift wrapping is available but not for spiral and hardback notebooks. I will use brown paper and twine to gift wrap your order.
