Do you ship to my country? How much do I pay for shipping?

We ship to most countries in the world, so it's very likely that we ship to your country. The shipping cost is based on the destination country. It will be added to your order and visible to you before you finalize the order. We offer free shipping in the USA.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's shipped?

We start working on your order as soon as it's placed, so there's a very limited time (2-hrs) for cancellations. If you'd like to make any changes, please contact us ASAP. Orders cannot be cancelled after they've been shipped. We gladly accept Exchanges & Returns. Please contact us for Exchanges if you'd like to change the size, color, or style, or Returns if you no longer want your order or something is wrong with it.

What is processing time? Can't you just stock the items and send them lightning fast?

Our products are made to order, which means that unless you order it, we don't print it. We totally understand that the production time may be inconvenient for some. However, thanks to this method, we have zero inventory waste and we believe that this production method is more ethical as it has less impact on the environment.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import tees and taxes charged after the product arrives in your country. We have no control over and are not liable for any customs or taxes levied on your product upon delivery. You will be liable for any extra customs clearance fees. Customs rules differ greatly from country to country; for further information, please contact your local customs office.

How are t-shirts printed?

They are made using direct to garment printing. This process involves applying a pre-treatment before loading the garment into a printer. The pre-treatment ensures the print sinks into the fibers of the textile, making them much more long-wearing than traditional "transfer" prints, which just sit on top.

Do you offer express shipping? How do I request express shipping?

Yes! Express (expedited) shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. If you choose express shipping, please include your phone number in the “Add a note to seller” box at checkout — or send it to us via Etsy Messages right after placing your order. The phone number is required by the courier for delivery. If we don’t receive your phone number shortly after your order, your package will be shipped via regular (standard) shipping instead.

Can I upgrade to express shipping after I’ve placed my order?

Yes! As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, just message me and I can help you upgrade to express shipping.
