Do You Accept Returns?

Due to the made-to-order and handmade nature of our items, all sales are final and non-refundable, and we do not accept returns. However, if you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged or broken, please send us a message through Etsy Messages within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the item and the packaging materials for verification. Once we review the photos, we will be happy to send a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item.

My Item Hasn’t Arrived

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local mail carrier or post office first, as they may have additional information about the delivery. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows the package is still in transit, hasn’t updated for several days, or appears to be lost, please send us an Etsy message. We will gladly assist you and can help submit an inquiry with the shipping carrier if needed. Please note that delays may occur during holidays or periods of high shipping volume. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help!

Can I Get Custom Design?

Yes! We love custom orders! Please send me a message before purchasing so we can discuss your options! Additional fees may apply.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders placed after December 5th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow time for production and shipping. International Orders: Due to longer overseas shipping times, we recommend placing orders no later than November 15th to help ensure delivery before Christmas. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and customs processing.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and current shipping conditions. International Orders: International deliveries may take 2–3+ weeks after shipment to arrive. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, particularly for international shipments. My Item Didn't Arrive When I Needed It, Can I Get A Refund?

If you need your item by a certain date, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to let you know if an upgraded shipping option would work better for you. Please also note that orders shipped outside of the United States typically take longer to arrive, and international deliveries may take approximately 2–3+ weeks after shipment, depending on the carrier and customs processing.
