SIZING
This sweatshirt is unisex and runs true to size for a unisex fit. However, I always suggest ordering up a size if you want it to be slouchy and oversized, because that’s the style these days, and let’s be honest - SO COMFY! Please carefully review the sizing chart in the listing photos to find your perfect fit!

PRINTING
➢This is a Direct-To-Garment printed item. This is different from a typical HTV (heat transfer vinyl), and will look a little different than what you're used to if you've only seen HTVs on shirts that you've ordered through Etsy. The shirts are printed with water based inks, and are made to order. The ink is printed onto the garment directly and is then soaked into the fibers. This helps the design to last longer and typically does not crack or peel like typical vinyl/screen printing.
➢Colors may vary slightly on different monitor screens. I do my best to provide you with the most accurate illustration of what the final product will look like in my listing photos. If you have any questions about this, please ask BEFORE placing your order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash INSIDE OUT in cold/warm (max 40C or 105F) on gentle cycle, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the design. Iron, stem, or dry on low heat. Do not dry-clean

SHIPPING
➢Production takes approximately 3-5 business days & then shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. Tracking will be available as soon as it ships. **Times may be extended during busy holiday months. See home page for any updates.
➢Customers are responsible for providing the correct address for their orders. Etsy provides you with the option to verify your address with USPS at checkout. If an item is returned for failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-ship charges.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items are made-to-order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a printing/design error, or you receive a damaged/defective product, please take a clear picture and send it to me as soon as you can so that I can work to get you a replacement ASAP! Please choose your shirt color and size carefully from the charts and/or information provided in the listing, as I cannot refund/exchange due to size.
