How do I wash this garment?

Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dry clean. We kindly ask that you do a wash test once your received the garment. If there are any issue with the product you purchased after receiving it, please contact us within 14 days. Products may be replaced or refunded within 14 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges due to wrong size will be issued as stated in our store policy.

When will I receive my order?

Once you place your order, we normally wait for 2 hours before we send you order to our printing partner. This allows for any correction or cancellations you may need. If we don’t hear anything from you, we then send it in for production. We won't be able to cancel or change your order at this point. So please contact us within 2 hours of your purchase if you have any questions or concerns. It takes 3 - 7 business days to make your order. This is how long it takes for our printing partners to print, pack and ship your order. Item will ship AFTER the fulfillment is complete. Actual delivery takes 2-5 business days but some orders are shipping out MUCH sooner. A tracking number will be provided once available.

Do you accept cancellations and give refunds?

Our products are made to order, meaning we don't keep inventory on hand. Due to this nature and lack of space, we do not accept returns. we do however wait for 2 hours before we process your order. During this time we allow any cancellations or corrections you might have. We will replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item within 7 days of purchase. We require photos of damaged or defective products before we can send a replacement. We are not responsible for replacing an item if you order the wrong size or enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order. You will need to reorder and pay for the item.

Do you offer upgraded shipping?

Sorry, our printing partner does not offer upgraded shipping or expedited shipping at the moment.

Can you add gift notes with my order?

Yes, we can add a note with your order. Please include your message at checkout.

Is there a guarantee that I will receive my item by a certain date?

No, we cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you need the item. The delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy. Due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff, we cannot promise something that is out of our control.
