How to Customize

1. Choose your bag size from the scrolling menu
2. Choose your preferred quantity from the scrolling menu (minimum order starts at 50 pieces)
3. In the personalization section, input your chosen font and print color
4. In the personalization section, input your custom text
5. If you would like us to print your logo, please send the artwork file to our email address at info.aurorexstudio [!at] gmail.com
6. A free digital proof will be sent to you within 24 hours for review and approval before we begin printing

Submitting Your Artwork File

Please note that artwork files must be sent to us in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG) or in high resolution PNG format with at least 300 dpi, feel free to let us know if you require graphic design assistance and we will be happy to help

Turnaround Time

Production lead-time is 3-5 business days after the digital proof has been approved. All orders are dispatched using standard ground shipping with tracking provided. Shipping within Canada will take 1-3 business days and shipping to the United States will take 3-5 business days. If you would like to receive your order earlier, please select the express shipping option at checkout
