• All shirts are unisex sizing, please refer to the size chart in the listing photographs to determine your size. • If you are not sure what size to order, you can measure a shirt you already own to see what size would fit you best. Our shirts are measured by laying on a flat surface. • Shirts are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing. • We do not issue refunds or process returns resulting from ordering the incorrect size, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Returns/Exchanges & Order Cancellations

All of our apparel is custom made to order. Once an order is placed, we do not cancel orders because the blank color/size is ordered right away from the shirt manufacturer. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item you are purchasing in order to get the correct size. However, if there is a problem with product you received, please contact us letting us know of the issue immediately and also include a photo of the entire product, showing the issue. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

Wrong address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

All of our adult sweatshirts are Gildan 18000 Unisex sweatshirts. They are a cozy soft fabric that will quickly become a go to in your wardrobe.

Sizing details:
• All sweatshirts are unisex sizing, please refer to the size chart in the listing photographs to determine your size.
• If you are not sure what size to order, you can measure a sweatshirt you already own to see what size would fit you best. Our sweatshirts are measured by laying on a flat surface.
• Sweatshirts are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing.
• We do not issue refunds or process returns resulting from ordering the incorrect size, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

We use a technique called DTG printing (direct to garment) meaning that the design is printed INTO the sweatshirt. This may make the design's color a little less vibrant than on the computer. Please keep that in mind when purchasing. The sweatshirts are printed with water based inks, and are made to order, so that is why we have a no return/exchange policy. We do, however, replace sweatshirts that may be misprinted or otherwise damaged upon arrival, so please let us know about any issues before leaving any reviews so we can take care of you!

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of products shown on this website. Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color.
