This is the second time I have ordered this product because it is so cool. We did have a little issue with the item and Andrea was quick to fix it with no extra cost or effort on my part. I'm very happy with the result and the Customer service was outstanding! I wouldn't of gotten that with Amazon. My daughter will be so thrilled with her gift, worth every penny. Thank you!
