About the material of our products

We mainly working on 925 silver,14K gold,18k gold,brass and stainless steel.We have put the material in the title of the listing.So when you find it is written "925 silver" in the title,it means this is a solid 925 silver products and same like we put "solid 14k gold" means real solid 14K gold products and brass means it is brass.We won't use "925 silver" in the title if it is silver plated.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes,we can do customized order. For 14K/18K gold,we can do even just one piece.You just need to send us pictures with sizes for quotation.And we can make all our 925 silver design in 14K/18K white gold,rose gold and yellow gold. For 925 silver products,it depends on the design.Usually it needs at least 50pcs for production and some may need 100pcs for min.qty. For brass and other material,it may need around 200-500pcs for customized production. Just feel free to send us your idea and we can talk more.

For all color plated products,they need your special care. The color would tarnish in a certain of time depending on how you use it.Especially for yellow gold and rose gold plated products,the color could tarnish in a couple days or months.If you don't take them off when shower,swimming or washing your hands,they will tarnish.If you care about tarnishing,please order the original color of the material,like 925 silver,it will get oxidized but can be shiny after polishing.

Are your 925 silver products genuine

Yes,when we put "925 silver" in the title of the listing,it means they are genuine 925 silver.We do a rhodium plated on all our 925 silver products so as the color could keep shiny longer.Please note that,an oxidized testing won't make them dark if there is a rhodium plated.We guarantee these products are genuine 925 silver and you can test them in any labs.

Sorry that it takes extremely long for delivery to some countries like Canada,Australia,New Zealand,Greece,Isreal,Saudi Arabic etc.Sometimes,packages just get lost.We have too many complains and have lost lots of package in the pass. So we have to ship package with express to these countries ,that is the reason why the shipping cost is very high to these countries.

You can track all air mail package at track.4px.com .It shows much more detail than tracking on the etsy system. For order above 200USD,we will upgrade it to be shipped with express.To USA,we mainly use DHL and other countries we may use Fedex/TNT or UPS. For air mail,it usually takes around 10-15 working days for delivery to USA and 20-35 working days to other countries.For countries like Greece,Ukranie,Poland,CZ Republic,Russia,Brazil will takes very long time for delivery.Sometimes would take up to 2-3 months. Since air mail get lost frenquently we can't ship with air mail to Canada,Australia,New Zealand,Israel,Saudi Arabia and other countries that you find the shipping cost is high.The high shipping cost is for express shipping.
