𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒:
These adorable one of a kind forest olive green and gold flower shaped coasters are 100% handmade by me in my home. Each coaster is made with high quality epoxy resin, gold flakes in the center and finished with a gold accented trim. Each coaster includes non-slip bumpers underneath to prevent surface scratching and sliding.

𝐃𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
These coasters are 4.5 inches in diameter.

𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐋𝐒:
A high grade premium industrial epoxy resin is used to make these coasters. They are water resistant and safe for food contact.

𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆:
Since all resin items are handmade by me, please allow 1 - 4 days within your purchase date to ship your package to you safely. Most of my orders are shipped with 2 days. Orders typically arrive 3-5 days after shipped.

𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆:
To save my international buyers as much as possible on shipping costs, I use a third party shipping company to create labels at a discounted price. Please note that you will initially pay more than what is required for shipping, but any shipping overages will be immediately refunded to you. I know this is impractical, but I would rather be transparent and honest and NOT set a fixed price that would profit me by overcharging my international buyers.

**𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓:
Please be advised that because these coasters are made out of resin, micro-bubble holes are normal for the gold side edges of the coasters. The holes are very tiny and do not impact the functionality of your coaster.

𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐍 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄:
- Handle with care as epoxy resin can be easily scratched

- Avoid use of abrasive and chemical cleaners

- Wash with mild soap and water

- Do not store in direct sunlight to prevent yellowing as epoxy resin is uv sensitive

International Shipping

Orders usually take around 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location globally. Canada orders arrive in 1-2 weeks, orders from the rest of the world will range on region and method of shipping.

I do not have access to your banking information. I do have your address and email but only for the purposes of shipping packages to you. I have no mailing list and nor do I collect that information. Your email is used to make the payment and for me to reach you with questions you may have on your order. You will also have my address and email once we have a sale. (see my Privacy Policy)

Refunds

• All sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges, however if there is an issue with your order such as damaged items upon arrival please let me know and I will be happy to help you resolve it.

Damages and issues

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if your item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
