All products are in stock and ready for shipping unless the item description indicates otherwise.

I ship via priority mail through Bulgarian Posts. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, once payment is received. If you would like additional insurance or tracking, please contact me and I will send you a quote.
Delivery typically takes 5-10 days for orders shipped to Europe, 10-15 days to USA and 10-20 days to everywhere else. Please bear in mind that in the worst case scenario international delivery can take up to 8 weeks, depending on destination and customs.

Please note that once package is shipped I am no longer in control of arrival times. If there is any delay please contact me and I will look into the matter for you to the best of my ability.

Expedited shipping is available upon request, please contact me if needed.

For custom orders, made-to-order or not currently in stock items, please allow for 3-4 weeks for fulfilment of order for single item and 4-6 weeks for sets/multiple items. It may be sooner, but just in case, as kiln firings vary. Peak seasons may take longer, please inquire.

I use a combination of recycled and new packing materials and all of my pieces are carefully packed to ensure they will be delivered to you safely. If you need the item to be gift ready, please let me know via Etsy convo, and I will make sure it is beautifully wrapped, so you will only need to put it in a nice bag if you like.

I do offer combined shipping. Please contact me and I will give you combined shipping quote or I will refund you the difference if you have already placed an order for multiple items.

In order to save paper, I don't usually send print copy of the invoice from Etsy, but I will gladly include one upon your request.

International customers (from outside the European Union) please note that customs fees, tariffs, taxes and duty charges are your responsibility.

Wholesale and custom orders are welcome! However, please remember that each piece is completely handmade and the nature of the ceramic medium guarantees that each piece is one-of-a-kind. No two firings are ever the same, so each piece is unique by its very nature. This is the beauty of ceramic works and why we love them so much! Please convo me with any questions you may have as to pricing, shipping, etc. Custom order sales are final.

Please note that the handmade ceramics are not always perfect. There may be a glaze pin hole or bubble and my finger prints (that makes it unique and special). There may be a flake missing on the foot where the pot stuck to the kiln shelf. There will not be any post firing imperfections like a chip or crack, unless noted. All of my pieces have to be very special to leave the studio.

Each piece is a unique piece of art. The made-to-order items will be as close to the photo as possible. However, please keep in mind that you are ordering a HANDMADE item not something made by a machine. Colour accuracy on computer monitors can be arbitrary and variable. If you need an EXACT colour match, online shopping might not satisfy your needs.

When the price of a custom order exceeds 100 USD, 30% of the amount is payable in advance.
