Gift wrapping and packaging

Greetings cards are packed and posted in board backed 'Do Not Bend' envelopes, which fit through standard letterboxes and have been chosen to ensure that your order arrives with you in the best possible condition. Pins are carefully wrapped in a paper gift bag and posted in a A6 or A5 letterbox sized box. You can add a gift message to your order at the payment stage of the checkout for no additional cost. Why not send your friend or loved one a little something in the post to brighten their day! All packaging is plastic free and easily recyclable! 🌿 If unfortunately your order has arrived damaged, please get in touch.

UK Postage & Shipping Times

My posting days are currently Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed before 2pm on these days will ship same day and orders placed after this cut off will be shipped on the next posting day. Items order with standard UK shipping will be posted via Royal Mail Second Class and can take up to 7 working days to arrive, although most arrive within 3-5 working days (not including Saturdays). You can upgrade your order to First Class delivery once you have reached the payment stage of the checkout process, just select First Class from the dropdown menu. Orders sent with First Class shipping can take up to 3 working days to arrive, although most arrive within 1-2 working days. Saturdays are included in this estimate.

Please allow 7 working days for UK standard shipping orders to be received, and up to 35 working days for international standard shipping orders. Unfortunately, once the item has been posted it cannot be tracked unless you have selected the 'Tracked' shipping option at the checkout. If your order has not arrived within the times stated above, please get in touch with me to resolve the issue. All orders are sent out in brown 'Do Not Bend' envelopes and may get mistaken for your normal 'letter' post. If your item hasn't arrived please double check your mail, sorting office and neighbours as they may have taken it in for you. International orders can experience delays at customs, so please factor this in and order in plenty of time.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me a convo. I will try my best to rectify the situation. Refunds for Lost Items

Unfortunately from time to time, items can go astray whilst they make their way through the complex channels of the postal services. I will be more than happy to help locate your item, if after 28 working days (international) or y working days (U.K) your item still hasn't been received. Please be aware that I am unable to offer refunds after the item has been 'lost' after 3 months from shipping date, so please do get in touch before this time.

Items which are returned to me by your Postal Service

If items are returned to me by the postal service and are marked as 'uncalled for' or 'not known at this address', I will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of re-sending your order to you. Please be aware that additional postage charges may be incurred to re-send your order to you.

International Shipping & Delivery Time Frames

Orders outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail international standard unless upgraded to 'Tracked' at the checkout. Standard shipping unfortunately doesn't include a tracking number or any means of locating the progress of your order. If you require this information I strongly recommend upgrading to 'Tracked' at the checkout. International deliveries are particularly affected with COVID-19 delays and can take up to 30 working days to arrive, although most arrive within 2 weeks. If you're outside of the UK and would like to receive your item sooner, please upgrade your shipping to 'Tracked' at the checkout which brings the delivery time down to 7-10 days.
