There was a mishap with the shipping as I received the wrong item but Simone took care of it right away and offered me a discount on further purchases. She was very nice. The jacket is even prettier in person. I love it!

The most lovely coat I've ever purchased. <3 Simone also included an extra gift in one of the pockets (with a thank you card letting me know to check for it), and I thought it was just the sweetest thing. I've only worn my coat at home and already it's been getting such gorgeous compliments! :D
