Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) for RobineArtShop
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding sales made through the RobineArtShop on the Etsy platform. These CGV apply to all orders placed through the shop.

3. Products
The products sold on RobineArtShop are original artworks and handmade derivative products. Each item is accurately described on its product page, including details about materials, dimensions, and customization options.

4. Prices
Product prices are listed in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Shipping fees are calculated separately during checkout and may vary depending on the destination and shipping options selected.

5. Orders
Orders are placed through the Etsy platform. Once payment is confirmed, the order will be prepared and shipped within the indicated time frame. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

6. Payment
Payment is made directly through Etsy using the available payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). All transactions are secured by Etsy's security protocols.

7. Shipping
Shipping Areas: RobineArtShop ships to France and internationally.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. For France, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. For other countries, delivery times may range from 7 to 21 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with legal provisions, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw via email, then return the item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

9. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be made within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless there was an error on our part.

10. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items, custom-made products, or digital works once downloaded.

11. Liability
RobineArtShop cannot be held liable for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control (strikes, carrier delays, force majeure, etc.). In the event of damage or loss during shipping, if you opted for insurance, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

12. Data Protection
Information collected on Etsy is processed in accordance with the platform's privacy policies. RobineArtShop only has access to the information necessary to process orders (address, email, etc.) and will never share your data with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

13. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the applicable law is French law. Any claim must be addressed in writing to RobineArtShop. If no amicable solution is reached, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's domicile.

14. Intellectual Property
All works sold on RobineArtShop are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the works presented in the shop is strictly prohibited.
