Personalizing your Order

To personalize items that include names, addresses, or custom phrasing, please include the details in the personalization box when adding to your cart. Items are personalized in the style shown in the listing photos, such as all-uppercase, unless otherwise specified or requested. In order to make and send orders quickly, personalized items do not include a design proof.

Not for nothing but we like to think our products make great gifts! We’re more than happy to include a complimentary gift note - add your message by checking “This order is a gift” at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest! You can see all of our gift note designs in our about section and you’re welcome to let us know which you’d prefer. All products arrive without pricing details on the packaging so they're ready to gift, and we'll leave out the packing slip from orders sent directly to the recipient.

From the illustration and design to the crafting and packaging, every aspect of your order is proudly done by hand right here in our little studio in rural Maryland.

Processing & Shipping

Since every item at Phoebe & June is crafted by hand, we begin all orders as soon as they're placed so they're ready to ship within 1-3 business days, including personalized items. Orders are shipped via USPS from Smithsburg, Maryland. First Class packages typically take 3-5 business days for delivery and Priority packages typically take 1-3 business days. International shipping varies from 1-4 weeks depending on the destination and customs process. You are able to choose from all available shipping methods at checkout. If your order is time sensitive feel free to get in touch with us prior to placing your order so we can be sure everything arrives on time.

There is no use of artificial intelligence (AI) at Phoebe & June. Every aspect of our art and illustration is from our hand and each message you receive is directly from Cara and Jeremy.
