Due to time constraints we are not able to create custom cutters and stencils. We do however accept new design requests for items that we can list for sale in our shop. Please note: We WILL NOT replicate designs from another cookie cutter shop, so please don’t ask us to (we hate telling you “no”).

The average turn around time for new design requests is ~2 weeks but varies, so please contact us for our current processing time.

Cookie cutters and stencils are not dishwasher safe. Clean with cool soapy water and air dry. Avoid soaking in water for any period of time as this may weaken the plastic.

We do not offer returns or exchanges. Each cookie cutter is made to order. Please read the item descriptions to ensure you are ordering the correct size. We are always happy to help you with sizing prior to purchase. If you are unsure of what size to order, please contact us.

A good rule of thumb when determining size is if the cutter is a square or round shape, it seems a little larger than if the shape is rectangle or long and skinny. A 3”x3” square has 9 square inches of surface area where a 3”x2” rectangle only has 6” of surface area making it appear smaller.
