Why is postage so expensive? - US customers

We have had to raise our US postage costs again to compensate for the new US Tariffs. All US orders will now be sent fully tracked and this cost is now included in your postage fee along with the approximate duty costs. This will change again if/when Etsy calculate duty at checkout.

Why does my International order not have tracking?

In order to keep our postage costs down, we only provide tracking on orders over £25. All other international postage fees do not automatically include tracking, but you can select this as a chargeable extra at checkout. We really do recommend paying for tracking on international orders. Once your package has left our shop we cannot tell you its whereabouts without tracking. Tracking is available at an additional cost. This is the cost we need to charge to cover our postage fees - we do not make a profit on postage.
