How to Download a Digital Item?

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you checked out as a guest, you'll get an email from transaction@etsy.com with a link to download your purchase. Check your junk/spam folder. Search "transaction@etsy.com" for quick results.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

• Create and sell physical products (e.g., shirts, mugs, signs, stickers, prints). • Use in crafting projects like vinyl cutting, scrapbooking, or handmade goods. • Work with a third-party printer to produce items in advance for inventory (not per-order). • Include designs in printed marketing materials such as: o Business cards o Packaging inserts o Thank-you cards o Flyers o Signage

• No Print-on-Demand (POD) use. (e.g., Printful, Redbubble, Teespring, etc.) • No logo, watermark, or branding use of any kind. • No digital resale, redistribution, or sharing of files—modified or unmodified. • No uploading to POD platforms or apps.

• This license is for one user and is non-transferable. • All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product. • You do not own the design, only a limited-use license to create physical products. • Do not create products that replicate or compete with KCN Creations’ original items.
