As a quilter I always have a lot of scraps, either just left over fabric or left over quilt blocks. I don’t like to throw them away when I can make something with them. One way is to make scrap bookmarks. They are a fun and creative little way to make sure nothing is wasted. They are a grate gift for a teacher, librarian, anyone that loves to read, or someone who does a lot of writing or journaling.

- Machine Washable and can be tumbled dried on low heat.

Each set comes with 6 bookmarks made of a pattern quilting fabric on the front and a solid on the back. I use a 100% cotton batting in between the layers of fabric and a small piece of ribbon at the top. Each bookmark is stitched on all 4 sides then trimmed with pinking shears around the edges to help keep them from fraying as they are all raw edge.

Made from 100% cotton fabrics purchased in local quilt shops throughout the USA from different road trips.
