Straight after Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your download.



You can also access your downloads by clicking on the "you" tab of your Etsy account, on "purchases and reviews", and then "download file". It will save in your "downloads" folder on your computer.



If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find this email - and please send us a message if you're still unable to locate it.



Please note that the Etsy app on your mobile or tablet devices does not allow download functionality – downloading your files to your device can still be done by opening Etsy via the internet browser.

Printables - You will receive high quality PNG PDF EPS AI SVG and JPG files, depending on which item you have purchased. It will say in the product description under FILE DETAILS what files you will receive.

All printables from our shop are high resolution 300dpi.



You will receive a zip folder(s) containing your image files.

Try opening the ZIP folder and relocating the files before opening that file type in your program.



Sometimes the file will not open in certain programs if they are not removed from the ZIP folder first – try copy and pasting the file you are trying to use onto your computer’s desktop first.

You can print on your home printer or at stores such has Asda, Rymans, etc or smaller local printshops.



Some print shops have a website to upload your files and have the print posted to you, or you can pop in with your files on a USB drive.



You can print on any material you choose; we recommend thick paper, photo paper or smooth cardstock, either gloss, satin or matte finish. Print shops may be able to print on other materials such as canvas etc.



👉 Be sure to disable automatic colour correction in your print settings if printing from home. If you're using a professional print service, please instruct them not to apply colour correction. This is particularly important with prints on white backgrounds.

SVG and JPG files in our shop are okay to use for both personal and commercial use. You are allowed to use these files as they are or modify them to create physical products for personal use or for sale. This includes on apparel, mugs, tote bags, signs, etc.



You MAY NOT use any of these designs in your own digital downloads including:



- reselling or redistributing them as is or modified in digital form.

- you must sell a physical finished product to your customers while using these digital files.

you can NOT upload files or elements from them on print-on-demand web sites.



- no third party printing and product fulfillment is permitted.

Printables are to be enjoyed for personal use only. Please do not share with others unless purchased as a one-time gift.



Printed versions of our printable art can be displayed in your home, office, or school classroom.



Please do not:



- Share or sell the digital file via email, website, social media, or any other digital medium.



- Sell printed versions of the digital file.



- Edit, alter, or manipulate the digital file.



- Please DO NOT submit files to print wholesale companies such as AliExpress, AliBaba, etc.



- Sharing of files is strictly prohibited.
