Telephone number requirements for shipment and customs clearance purposes:

In order for us to dispatch your order we need your phone number (mobile is best). This is a requirement by both the Customs authorities and the delivery companies for customs clearance and delivery purposes.

Without a phone number we will be unable to ship your order.

EU Orders

1. EU Business Customers

All orders from companies in the EU require an EORI number and a VAT number. This is a requirement by EU customs authorities, without which orders placed by companies in the EU cannot be dispatched.

Additionally, business customers are responsible for paying import duties, taxes (e.g. VAT) and any other applicable customs related charges.

2. Non Business EU Customers

All our prices are inclusive of EU taxes and duties.

Typical delivery times are:

+ UK: 1-2 days

+ USA, Canada, Mexico: 2-4 days

+ Europe: 15- 20 days.

+ Other destinations: 3-7 days

As we use courier companies for fast delivery, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
