How do I receive my digital item?

To access your digital files, follow these steps: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the app) and go to "Your account". 2. Click on "Purchases and reviews". 3.Select "Download Files" next to your order. 4. If you don't see the download button, click the small grey arrow to the right of the order. 5. This will take you to the Downloads page. Please note that if your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will appear grey.

where can I get frames?

What paper should I select?

For a beautiful result, opt for a cost-effective choice such as heavyweight matte paper, card stock, or giclee art paper.

Can I share the digital item with others or use it for commercial use?

No, you may not share the digital item with others. It is for PERSONAL USE ONLY and may not be distributed or resold in any way. Using, sharing, distributing or reproducing our files for commercial use or resale in any form is strictly prohibited. Additionally, using our files to edit or make changes for commercial use or resale in any form is also not permitted.

I can't find my download notification email / Etsy receipt.

Start by checking your spam or junk inbox. In case you use Gmail, make sure to also check the Social and Promotions tabs. If the email is still nowhere to be found, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can be helpful for locating such emails in the future.

Can I get a refund for a digital item?

Due to the nature of digital items, refunds are not available. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me to see if a resolution can be reached.

Do you ship anything?

I don't offer shipping services, but my store offers two distinct types of products: A. Digital printable art - available for download after purchase, allowing you to print it at your convenience from the comfort of your own home. B. Print on Demand Items - featuring my original art and designs, these products are manufactured and shipped directly to you by the print provider that I am partnering with. Please read the product descriptions carefully to ensure that you select the correct item you wish to purchase.

how do I unzip my digital download?

For Mac, double-click the ZIP file to open it. Click and drag the files to a new location, or click "Extract All" and choose the destination folder. Click "Extract" to begin the extraction process. Once the extraction is complete, you should see the unzipped files in the destination folder. Some Macs can also extract files by double-clicking them. For Windows, right-click the ZIP file and select "Extract All". Choose the destination folder for the unzipped files and click "Extract" to begin. Issues with Apple Pay

If you paid via Apple Pay and can't find your order, or the receipt from Etsy, you may have selected "Hide My Email" option in the Apple Pay App to keep your email private. This option generates a unique and random email address that you can use for apps, websites, and other services. As a result, you may not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, the email was sent to the randomly created email address. First try logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (Etsy.com - not the app). Make sure you log into the account you used to purchase my art. If you still have trouble finding your order, please message me. Alternatively, Etsy support could assist you in locating your order as well.

You can also print it out at home, but keep in mind that most standard home printers do not print larger than 8 x 10”. You can print on size 8.5 x 11” paper and then trim down to 8 x 10”. Before printing make sure your printer is set at the highest print quality. Also make sure you print at “original size” or “100%” and “fit to page” is unchecked. Printing at home is the fastest and most affordable option, however professional printers will produce higher quality.
