2. SCOPE OF OFFER

We design and sell modular display furniture intended primarily for commercial use (e.g. trade shows, retail spaces, events).

Some products are:
• made-to-order
• customized (e.g. branding, dimensions, finishes)
• produced in small batches

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to:
• refuse or cancel any order
• limit quantities
• request additional information before processing

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

3A. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

After this time, cancellation may still be possible only if order processing or production has not yet started.

If production has begun, materials have been ordered, or costs have already been incurred, we reserve the right to:
• decline the cancellation, or
• accept the cancellation with a partial refund

In such cases, any costs already incurred (including materials, preparation, or production-related expenses) will be deducted from the refund.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to accurately present our products, including colors, dimensions and finishes.

However:
• colors may vary depending on screen settings
• handmade and wooden elements may have natural variations

These are not considered defects.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices listed on Etsy are gross prices.

Prices are fixed at checkout and may change without notice for future orders.

Payments are processed securely via Etsy.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping times and methods are described in each listing.

Please note:
• delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

The risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

6A. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union:
• United States (USA):
Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the product price.
• All other non-EU countries:
Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

This right does not apply to:
• made-to-order products
• personalized or customized items
• products made according to customer specifications

These items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• include clear photos of the issue

We will offer an appropriate solution (replacement, repair, or refund).

For accepted returns (where applicable):
• refunds cover the product value
• we reserve the right to deduct actual delivery costs incurred in fulfilling the order (including outbound shipping and related logistics costs)
• customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
• return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is defective)

If a shipment is refused or not collected:
• all shipping costs, return costs, and customs-related charges will be deducted from the refund

Refunds are issued after the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

9. USE OF PRODUCTS

Our products are intended for commercial and professional use.

The buyer is responsible for:
• correct assembly
• safe use
• ensuring the product is used as intended

9A. SAFETY AND USE DISCLAIMER

We are not liable for:
• damage resulting from improper assembly or misuse
• use inconsistent with the intended purpose of the product
• modifications made by the customer

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Milimetry Sp. z o.o.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits or business opportunities

This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Polish law.

Consumers within the EU retain rights under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
