When I placed the order I was under the impression that it is a set of plates since I saw multiple plates in the photo. I had not read the description carefully before I placed the order. When I received the plate, I was surprised it was only one. I sent a message and explained the reason for my confusion. They thoughtfully and voluntarily made a generous partial refund to me and mentioned they will update the post to avoid any confusion in the future. This is an example of a great experience.

The bowl is great quality and very nice, but the advertisement is a little bit deceptive. The item description was called "Ramen Bowls", plural, and the picture had four bowls in it. Though, I only received a single bowl.
