Looking for a meaningful Mother’s Day gift for Mum or Grandma she’ll truly treasure? Our personalised “Grandchildren Make Life Grand” wooden plaque is a heartfelt piece designed to celebrate the love between family and the special role mums and grandparents play in our lives.

A keepsake designed to grow with your family as new little names are added over time 💛

Each piece is beautifully engraved and personalised with your children or grandchildren’s names, creating a truly one-of-a-kind gift that will be treasured for years to come. Whether it’s for Mother’s Day, a birthday, or just because, this is a gift that carries real meaning.

Each plaque features individual name pendants, personalised with your chosen names and optional dates of birth, all carefully assembled using high quality stainless steel jump rings for a beautiful, lasting finish.

There is a hole at the top of the plaque (centre of the arch) for easy hanging. Please note, hook is not included. A standard 3M hook (or similar) will hold the piece securely.

Your final name plate will include holes at the bottom, allowing you to add additional names in the future as your family grows. Additional name plates can be created at a later date to match your original piece, making this a keepsake that grows with your family over time.

If you would prefer the holes removed, please let us know prior to ordering.
