**DOWNLOADING YOUR FILES**
Note: Etsy does not allow you to download the files from the Etsy mobile app, you must use a web browser on your computer.

Navigate to "Your Account" > "Purchases and reviews" and use the "Download Files" button next to your order. If you don't have an Etsy account, Etsy will email you with a link to download the files. The PDF file you download from Etsy will contain a link to Dropbox where you can download the high resolution files. You do not need a Dropbox account to download them.
