Custom and personalized orders

All custom orders will have a proof sent to the customer within one business day via Etsy messaging; we do not text or call customers. The customer then has one full business day to message us for any changes. If the customer has not replied within one business day, the order will ship the next business day. Example of an order/proof process: Customer orders on Monday. We send a proof Monday a few hours later. Customer never responds on Monday/Tuesday. Wednesday morning we will ship the order as was shown on the proof. This is to provide fast service and make sure your order arrives before your event.

The sizes are listed in the drop-down on all listings. If you need a custom size that is different from the listed size then it is best to contact us first to make sure we can accommodate your needs. Our stickers are all cut by us, we do not use precut sheets or templates. They are exactly the size that we list.

When will my order arrive?

When checking out look at the estimates Etsy provides then add +2 business days to account for shipping delays that might happen along the way.
