Handmade Climbing Rope Coasters - Durable and Long Lasting Gift for Climbers and Boulderers Made from Retired Climbing Ropes

Sets of coasters available at a discount, select the number of coasters in the drop down menu!

Our stock of ropes is changing all of the time - this means you will receive a coaster made from the colour categories that you pick, but it may not be the same one as exactly displayed in the listing pictures. If you would like SPECIFIC colours or designs of rope please specify this in the personalisation box and we will get in touch to discuss this with you before completing your order.

Let people know you LOVE climbing the moment they step into your home with our climbing homeware! These repurposed climbing rope coasters are all carefully handmade from retired climbing ropes that we give a new purpose once they've reached the end of their life, this makes them incredibly durable and long lasting.

These are the perfect gift for climbers, boulderers, and lovers of the outdoors!

After cleaning the ropes, we separate the rope core and the outer, we then iron the outer sheath flat and get sewing to create these unique coasters from colourful climbing ropes that would otherwise end up in landfill.

Due to the nature of using repurposed and recycled materials we produce single items or small batches that are unlikely to ever be created again. This process also helps reduce waste and stops excess materials going to landfill.

☆ Rope Donations ☆
If you have a rope you'd like to donate then please get in touch!
We're always looking for new ropes that we can rescue from landfill and give a new lease of life. P.S. we'll also give you a free keychain or a discount in our store as a thank you for the materials ;)
You can message us here on Etsy, or on Instagram @RaysClimbing, you can also email us through the contact section at the bottom of our shop page.

We have done our best to ensure that the photos represent the items as accurately as possible, but you may find some variation in pattern placement and colours in the final product due to the types of materials and the monitor you use.
Additionally, in using retired equipment many of our ropes may have small imperfections such as marks on the surface. We do our best to use the best looking parts of the rope on the surface and to hide any imperfections, however, since we are zero waste we will use these parts of the rope anyway so you may find small imperfections on your item. This will not affect the quality of the item!
