🖊️ Personalisation Instructions:

Please provide your desired text in the personalisation box.
Personalisation requirements are indicated within our images and also above the personalisation box.

Please double-check that all personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
We maintain a very quick dispatch rate, and to ensure this, we often begin production while responding to messages.
As such, we cannot always guarantee that we will see your message before your order enters production.

If you have messaged us with changes, we will always endeavour to make them where possible.
However, if the item has already been produced, we won’t be able to make further changes.

It’s always best to double-check everything before placing your order to avoid any disappointment.

🧑‍🎨 Custom Design Requests:
If you would like your own design added, or for us to create a completely bespoke design for you, please contact us before purchasing.
Custom designs incur a small fee of £4.99 due to the additional design work involved.

🚫 Please do not place an order requesting a custom design without contacting us first, as this causes delays to the production process.

📣 Please Note!

As of August 2025, our selfie frame designs and sizes have changed.
Many designs remain the same, with only slight improvements.
If you are a returning customer and would like a frame that is identical to a previous order, please contact us first.
Our updated frames now feature improved designs, sizes, and structure.
