►► PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:
✦ Fast dispatch on all orders! We ship worldwide with 2-7 business day shipping to most countries.
✦ Shipped fully assembled and ready to hang with hanging hardware in a flat box. All you need is a hammer!
✦ Canvas prints are shrink wrapped, and then followed by foam, or bubble wrap. It is then sealed in a corrugated box and shipped via FedEx/UPS/USPS.
✦ Paper Prints - Packaged in a heavy-duty board backed mailer or tube - depending on the size of print(s).


►► RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY:
✦ We accept refunds or replacements only for items that arrive DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, or INCORRECT, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of receipt—or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if undelivered/lost in transit. After this period, no claims can be accepted under any circumstances.
All claims must include clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund, including all associated costs.
Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference after delivery. All items are produced to order based strictly on the options selected at checkout (including size, print type, and frame option), and are not eligible for return once produced.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all listing details carefully prior to purchase, as all product specifications are clearly outlined in the listing description.
Failure to report an issue within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date if undelivered) will result in the claim being permanently closed. This policy aligns with the terms of our production partner.

✦ Download and print your art at home or at your local print shop. PDF File with a download link for the JPG files will be sent via Etsy Message within 24 hours after placing your order. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED.
