You must contact me via a message on Etsy within 3 days of your order’s arrival to inform me of any issues with the product.
Requests for returns and exchanges are only accepted on the Etsy website as the platform maintains all communication between seller and customer, which works to prevent mistakes and discrepancies. Emails regarding this issue will not be read.
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order and you will be fully refunded, with the exception of the shipping cost needed to send it back. You can also exchange the item with a different one from within the same price range. The returned product must be in its original, unworn state.

If you do not contact me within 14 days of receiving your order, your product can no longer be returned or exchanged. If you do not send it back within 14 days of receiving it, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
I cannot hold accountability for orders which have been lost in transportation after being sent back. I recommend that you ship your order back through a trusted delivery service and that you save proof of shipment. You should also send me a tracking number for the order.

For unclaimed orders which are returned to me, I charge €15 for re-stocking/customs/handling fee on top of the shipping costs. You will also need to pay the shipping costs again. Alternatively, customers can choose to have the order re-shipped at their expense.
All shipping and customs cervices and tax are covered by the client.

I recommend that you send the item back through a standard or trusted delivery service to minimize the chance of in being lost in delivery. You do not need to pay for extra insurance as that will cost you even more money.
Do not use needlessly big packaging as that will cost you more.
Do not declare more than $45 as VAT, taxes and duty are due to customs for any price higher than this.

If the order is not shipped correctly and is stopped at customs for payment of further import fees, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Save all shipping documents as proof of shipment and send me a tracking number.
I offer tracking for all of my shipments, and it is my clients’ responsibility to receive them on time once they arrive.
