Due to the item's custom nature, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for edits after delivery. Please communicate any specific requests through communication during the process, and I will always do my best to accommodate your requests!

I always create digital mockups to get your approval before I handwrite a calligraphy project. Due to the high volume of orders I create, I don't usually send photos before shipment. But I do sometimes share sneak peeks of custom orders on our Instagram @aletteracalligraphy

Alettera shop is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen, as these circumstances are beyond my control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it. Please get in touch with the shipping
carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the file, please contact us for further assistance.

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, which usually increase during the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we cannot guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they do
not reach on time. Please contact us and the shipping carrier if your order did not arrive on time. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand that no returns are accepted for shipping delays.

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible
for paying for re-shipment.
