Quinns Pins accepts refunds/exchanges if your item is accidentally sent damaged, or you no longer need the item and decide to return it. Please note that buyers are responsible for the safe return of the item as well as the delivery costs at this time.
Your item cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if your address was provided incorrectly. Please ensure your address is correct before ordering. Quinn's Pins cannot be held responsible for any delayed/lost post due to an incorrect address. This means that no refunds, exchanges or replacements can take place if there was an error on your address. If you find that there is an error, please message us before your items have been sent so that we can rectify them.
If your item is lost or delayed due to Royal Mail, do get in touch to let me know. For overseas orders, any delayed orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed mail once the order has been shipped. Any refunds or resends cannot be done until this time frame. So please order in plenty of time to allow for potential delays.
