Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. - No fabric softeners. - Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. - Cool Iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. - Do not dry clean.

When unpacking a new shirt of hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent. After you wash the shirt, the smell and the residue will disapear. Please refer to Care Instructions.

I haven’t received my order, it seems to be stuck at the post office, what do I do?

Especially during times like these this has been happening more than usual. Please contact the Post Office, they may be able to make arrangements. _____________________________ The Post Office says my order has been delivered, but I don’t have it at my doorstep. This has happened to me before when ordering artwork for my son’s nursery. I was mad, I get it. Please contact the Carrier, they can track it down for you. Where is my tracking information?

Everything I ship (unless otherwise discussed) comes with tracking. If you haven't received tracking, it hasn't shipped yet. Items other than prints are custom printed and made to order. Items may ship in separate packages. Once I print out one package slip Etsy will assume the order is complete and automatically send you the tracking information. I will however message you with both tracking details if this is the case.
