Items are not machine washable. It is the nature of leather to soften and age with wear. Most metals will darken with age, thus giving it a wonderful patined look. My hand embellished caps can be spot cleaned only. Do not leave jewelry in water, moisture or wear with extreme perspiration. Metals darken naturally. If you prefer your metals to maintain the original color, store in a moisture free, humid free environment or store in sealed plastic bags. Do not let the metals come in contact with perfumes, alcohol or any other chemicals because these may tarnish your metals.

Custom and personalized orders

The time it takes to create a custom item varies from piece to piece.

Every handstamped piece is done by stamping ONE letter at a time. No two pieces will be stamped exactly the same,therefore it is unique. The picture shown in the description, therefore, may not be the exact item you receive in regards to the stamping.

Every item I create is done with attention to every detail and with heart. But I cannot control the care and use of your jewelry, so cannot accept returns due to the nature of the designs. My jewelry is hand crafted and may vary slightly. The color of my item may vary on your computer screen, so if you have a question about the color, please message me before ordering.

Wholesale availability

I do offer wholesale purchases with minimum orders. Please contact me for more information if interested. Items listed on Etsy are not to be resold/wholesale without permission.

When we ship your products, you will receive a tracking number*. Once your package is shipped by delivery company it's the responsibility of them. If you do not receive your package, please send me a message and I'll see what options I have. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replace lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered in the system.

OOPS! I'VE MAILED MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! CAN YOU SEND A REPLACEMENT?

I'm sorry but, as a business owner, there is no way for me to verify this claim. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your address entered into the Etsy system is correct. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replace packages that have been delivered to a wrong address provided by the buyer. If the package hasn't been mailed yet and you need an address change, you will need to pay the extra label fee.
