How will you ship my order?

Canada: All items are shipped free of charge via Canada Post Standard Letter Mail (untracked). If you would like to upgrade to Registered Mail (tracked and insured) that option is available at checkout. Delivery times for Standard Letter Mail is 3-6 business days depending on where you are in Canada. Delivery times for Registered Mail are as follows: Local (Vancouver Island) - 2 business days; Regional (BC) - 3 business days; National (Canada) - 4-8 business days.* *As per Canada Post website. US: All orders are shipped by Chit Chats US tracked with insurance. The shipping cost is a flat rate of $8.00 Cdn per order and will be added at checkout. Delivery times for Chit Chats US is 7-12 business days.

Custom and personalised orders

Everything in my shop is one of a kind, if you see something you love but it might be too short/long please contact me as I might be able to adjust it for you. Similarly, if you see a card you love but are wondering about changing something, contact me, I will try to accommodate your request.

To keep your jewelry looking as beautiful as the day you bought it keep these tips in mind. 1. Harsh chemicals can damage your jewelry, always remove your jewelry before doing laundry, dishes or cleaning. 2. Apply lotion, perfume and hairspray after putting on your jewelry. These chemicals create a buildup on your jewelry and dull the finish. 3. Remove your jewelry when showering, washing your hands, or working out. Moisture is the #1 cause of deterioration of jewelry.

I ship to Canada. As of August 20/25 shipping to the US has been suspended due to the uncertainty of the latest US tariffs.

If you would like me to include a personalized note for gift giving please let me know by writing your note in the "comments" section at checkout. I will include it in the package for you.

Why don't I see tracking updates for my US order right away?

Please note for US orders I have to mail the package from Vancouver Island to the mainland by Canada Post. Once it arrives at Chit Chats it is driven to a USPS depot in the US. The time it takes to get from Vancouver Island to Chit Chats doesn't appear in the tracking information that you will be able to access. Once it leaves Chit Chats the tracking will begin. Rest assured I will be checking with Chit Chats regularly to ensure there are no issues with the delivery.

The bracelets look so big on, is the size information correct?

I am the hand model in the pictures and I have a very tiny wrist (only 5 3/4"). Everything (except kids' bracelets) look huge on me! The sizing is as advertised. :)

What if my item tarnishes?

To preserve the appearance of your jewelry item (and reduce tarnish) I would recommend storing it in the ziplock bag that I ship it in! If your item does tarnish it can be restored to it's original shine by buffing it with a polishing cloth. Please note: tarnish does not indicate quality (or the lack there of), even sterling silver tarnishes. Tarnish is caused by oxidation (contact with the air).
