What happens if my order is delayed?

We guarantee on-time production and delivery. If your order is not shipped within 5–7 business days or arrives later than 18 business days after dispatch, we’ll resend it with shipping free of charge.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees when my order arrives in the U.S.?

No, never. All U.S. customs duties and taxes are prepaid by us. Your package will arrive directly to your door — no customs stops, no extra fees, no delays. We’ve built this into our shipping system so every couple can order with peace of mind.

How soon will I receive my order?

You’ll receive a free digital proof within 24–48 hours, production takes 5–7 business days, and delivery to the U.S. usually takes 10–18 business days. If anything runs late, we’ll resend it with shipping at our cost. It’s part of our On-Time Promise.

Can I see the design before paying?

Yes! We send a free personalized digital proof before purchase so you can see exactly how your Save-the-Date will look. You can request changes until you love it — no pressure, no surprises.

What makes your magnets different from others on Etsy?

Each design is originally drawn and engraved by us (Silvia & Nikolay) in our small European studio. We use real birch, beech, and oak wood, and finish every magnet by hand. Plus, every order includes a bonus magnet and a thank-you file, because we want your experience to feel personal and complete.

Can I request a custom illustration or location?

Absolutely! We love creating venue or mountain-themed designs unique to your wedding. Just message us with your idea — we’ll prepare a sketch or proof before production.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll make it right — fast. Send us a quick photo, and we’ll replace or resend immediately at no cost. We stand behind our craftsmanship 100%.

Do you ship to other countries besides the U.S.?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you’re unsure, message us — we’ll check everything for you before purchase.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After we start your personalized proof, the process cannot be reversed.
