How do I download my printable files?

Once payment has been confirmed, your files will be available for download automatically at www.etsy.com/your/purchases. You should also receive an email with a download link to your files. If you checked out as a guest, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with your download links. If you don’t receive an email, be sure to check your junk folder. Please note that you must be on a computer to download files. The Etsy app does not support downloading on devices. However, you will be able to download from your device’s browser. If you purchased a listing that requires customisation and/or personalisation, you will receive an email with the file or files attached within the specified turnaround time. Please check your Spam Folder if you do not

What kind of paper do you recommend for printing DIGITAL FILES?

I recommend choosing a matte photo paper, matte poster paper, card stock with a heavier weight (150 - 250gsm) or semi gloss poster paper. I prefer matte paper over glossy for art prints to reduce glare, however it is a personal preference!

Do you PRINT and SHIP your products?

Yes, we now offer printed and shipped products for some of our items! You can find these in the "Ready Printed" section of our shop. We use high-quality print services to ensure the best results for your chosen artwork, in partnership with trusted printing providers. If you want a specific item that is not listed in the "Ready Printed" section, just let us know, and we will gladly add it for you. For those who prefer the flexibility of a digital download, we still offer that option. Simply download your file and either print it at home or use any photo printing service

Do you take custom orders?

Depending on the type of request, I do accept custom orders. To request a custom print, please send me a message with the name of the product you want to customize and what you are looking for and I will get back to you ASAP to discuss details.

Do you allow for commercial use of your artwork?

Purchased files are for personal use ONLY. Commercial use of any kind is strictly prohibited. Purchase of files does NOT transfer copyright or grant a license to re-sell the artwork. We protect our copyright interests. All artwork, designs, product images, text copy, banners and files are property of Super Poster World. Please refrain from sharing, re-selling, or uploading files and product photos to publicly available websites. Unauthorized commercial and non-commercial use of any artwork, designs, product images, text copy, banners, or files from my shop is considered intellectual property infringement. In the event that an infringement is discovered, we may take legal action to protect our copyright.
