Items damaged during the shipping process qualify for refund, and photo evidence must be provided. Small flaws, wrong fit, dissatisfaction with the product, buyer's remorse, buying a lot just to keep one item, are not a reason to mark "item not as described" or "item damaged". I do my best to photograph any flaws and give sizing on items. Please be sure you truly want the item and understand that there is a risk with buying vintage items. Only certain items qualify for refunds, so please read the listing carefully for all information. Please see the Refunds & Exchanges section for timeframe allowances. Once the package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is out of my control.

If you need measurements for an item or sizing for clothing please message me. I am an honest seller and truly want you to be happy and will answer any/all questions and provide additional photos if you just ask. If you receive the item and it ends up not being the size you thought it was, please contact me. I do not typically accept returns for items that "didn't fit right", but in select cases I am happy to work with you if you truly don't want the item. I photograph, describe, pack, and answer honestly about each and every item that I find. Please be sure you truly want the item and understand that there is a risk with buying vintage items, especially clothing as vintage sizing is typically smaller than modern sizing.

I do my best to note any flaws, so please read the full listing description as well. I am happy to send additional pictures at buyer's request. I am an honest seller and will never intentionally try to hide something. The history of most of the items I sell are unknown, but if I have any historical information, I will try to note it. Items are stored in a pet-free, smoke-free home.

I almost exclusively ship with USPS. There have only been a handful of times when I ship with FedEx or UPS. All Priority Mail packages come with up to $100 of insurance. I pay to insure all orders over $100 to cover losses if something is lost or broken. If you would like to buy more than one item, reach out and I would be happy to give you an estimate prior to purchase. I can combine shipping only if you request prior to payment. I am not able to refund after the fact. All items are packaged extremely carefully to ensure safe delivery. Once the package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is out of my control. If there is a problem with your package upon arrival, please contact me and I would be happy to help you resolve any issues!

Some of my listings give the option to add Delivery Signature Confirmation for a small added cost. Signature Confirmation is a great safety measure that ensures your package gets in your hands and not the hands of a porch pirate! If you would like to add Signature Confirmation but do not see the option given on the listing page, please message me and I can adjust the listing to include it!

I do offer gift-wrapping for the low cost of $4! To add giftwrapping, please make sure to check the box that says "This Order if a Gift" on Cart page that appears before you check out. The option to add a gift message or gift wrapping will then appear.

This is a great convenient addition if you're buying an item as a gift for a loved one. Gift wrapping may include anything from colorful tissue paper, festive ribbon or twine, holiday or birthday themed wrapping papers, bows, and a card. During the holiday season, default wrapping is 'Christmas' themed. If you would like the order wrapped for a birthday, please specify in the notes. You can also customize your gift message and it will be included in the card in your package.

I will only accept order cancellations *before* the item has shipped. The buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe. An order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped. I only accept returns on select items, so please read the listing carefully for all information. In some cases I will ask you to send the item back. Sending back a different item, destroyed item or an empty box is fraud and I will use all legal means necessary to recoup losses and will report to Etsy for abuse of policy.
