HOW IT’S DONE ⤵

Summary:
Place your order, open your e-mail, and use the link in the email to design until your heart's content! You are in total control of what your item(s) will look like.
**If you want your sign to look exactly like our example, you will still need to go into the customizer, choose the pre-designed template that you like and submit the design**

In-Depth:
● Make sure you can log into the e-mail address associated with your Etsy account before ordering.
● The sign shape cannot be changed after purchase. Make sure you are purchasing from the listing of the shape that is desired.
● Select the desired quantity from the 'Quantity' drop-down box. (e.g. if you want 8 heart-shaped table signs, then you will go to a heart table sign listing, select your size, select your stand choice (stands are not available for 16"x20" or 20"x16" signs), then select Quantity of 8. This will give you the option to design each of the 8 table signs however you would like.
● Be sure to use any coupon codes when placing the order. A refund for unused coupon codes can not be issued after the order is placed and the entire order will need to be canceled in order to use them after the order is processed.
● After placing your order, you will receive an email from us, Bone and Darby! It may take a couple of hours, but it will come. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received it as it will most likely be there.
● This e-mail will include a link specific to your order. This link takes you to a customizer that allows you to choose from a list of the pre-made designs shown in our shop. You can choose them exactly as shown, use them as inspiration to create your own lineup of signs specific to your wedding, or complete your own custom design completely from scratch!
● The customizer puts you in total control of what your item(s) will look like! You can add your names, dates, etc. or if you would like to change anything on your item, you can use the customizer to change the wording, locations, fonts, colors, backgrounds, upload your own image, etc. The customizer is supported on desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile however using a desktop/laptop will make it a little easier to navigate.
● Once you are satisfied with the design, click submit and you are done! The design, exactly as you submitted, will be sent to us for production which then starts the production and shipping timeframes for the item(s).
● No changes can be made to your signs after they are submitted to us for production.
● We are not the grammar police, a spell checker, a color coordinator nor sign list checker. Since you are the one designing your sign(s) and looking at it when doing so, please double check that everything is worded how you like it, spelled correctly and the colors that you want (fitting your color scheme, lighting scenario, taste, will show in the location surroundings, etc.) before you complete your sign to us and that you keep track of and complete only the signs that you want printed to us. We do not refund, replace, nor give discounts on re-orders due to issues with any of the above.

PHOTO BACKGROUND REMOVAL and PET PHOTO CARTOONING

It's included right? Our prices are some of the lowest you will find. Other shops have higher prices and include it for so called "free" however we feel that those who do not need or want one of these services should not have to pay for it. Because of this we do not include it and have lowered our prices to be fair to those people and then charge for it only if needed. We feel this is the fairest way to do it.

GIFT NOTES⤵

We will include a gift message for free. When completing the checkout process be sure to check the box labeled “This order is a gift.” Then check the box labeled “Add gift message for free.” You can now leave a gift message in the box that pops up. Etsy does not give us the ability to add gift notes typed into the “Add a note to BoneandDarbyMakersCo” to the order. Gift notes are not able to be added to orders after the order is placed as Etsy does not allow us access to that option.

●All measurements are in inches.
●Signs are 1/8” acrylic
●Stands are 1/4” acrylic (Stands not available for 16" x 20" or 20" x 16" signs, we recommend a small easel that can be found at most home decor / craft stores)
●All items are acrylic, not glass
●Only clean with plastics cleaner designed for acrylic
●Do not stack without protection in between signs
●Order includes: Printed signs and stands (if chosen) only. No other items shown in listing photos are included.
●If using your own image, for best results enlarge the original image, set it to 300 dpi and use a hard edge eraser tool to remove the background in the photo editing program of your choice. "Click to remove background" websites and apps do not remove the background this way and will not be high enough quality for this type of printing.
●Clear signs are printed on the back leaving the shiny acrylic side on the front. White and black signs have the colors printed on the front.
●Handling with gloves will reduce fingerprints, etc.
●Signs will be shipped wrapped in protective packaging. After inspection, we suggest leaving this on until the day of your wedding to reduce fingerprints, etc. from happening.

Will we design the sign for you?

The beauty of our customizer is that it allows you to have a more hands on approach to your sign design than found most anywhere. It allows you to start with one of the many templates shown as listing photos in our shop then edit, add to and delete, and/or design however you like all while seeing the results in real time. Because of this we rarely have a hand in your design process which has allowed us to lower our prices to a more affordable level. Graphic design work is not built into our pricing structure any longer and therefore we do not offer that service in the price you pay for the sign.

If your address on file is not correct when you order we must cancel your order and you can reorder with the correct address. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. We will not refund or replace any orders sent to the wrong addresses provided by the customer or orders lost in the mail.

PLEASE NOTE: All timeframes associated with production, shipping, etc. do not begin until you submit your design in the link provided after ordering.

The dates shown in the shipping section of the listing are estimates. Although we always strive to ship products in a timely manner, we do not guarantee that your item will ship nor be delivered at the beginning or end of the date windows shown. Production times do not include shipping time. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the postal delivery service. Once we drop your order off at the post office it is out of our hands.

DISCLAIMERS AND DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS⤵

Due to all items being imprinted with ink things such as glitter, diamonds, metallic, reflective, shiny, etc are printed representations. There will be no actual glitter, diamonds, etc on the product. Design photos and templates may vary in small ways due to the different programs that created them. Any broken items, defective merchandise, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Broken or Defective Merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Due to the nature of the hand production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Items will be printed as submitted. Misalignment, centering issues, not liking the design once receiving it, etc. that are submitted that way are not considered a flaw on our part and therefore the items are not refundable nor replaceable for free. Variation in materials, production equipment, and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, glaze, color, etc. There will be no returns nor refunds given due to these issues. Also, due to differences in computer monitor/tablet/phone screen resolution and color settings, colors may appear different on screen than in person. This is true with any item seen online on any website. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective nor returnable.
