My item was marked as delivered but it's not in my mailbox

No need to worry. Unless you purchased an upgraded shipping option at checkout, your item was shipped via stamped mail with no individualized tracking. This is a common occurrence with stamped mail and it will likely show up later the same day to several days after it was marked as delivered. This is a post office issue and not an Etsy or Etsy seller issue.

Where is my item, USPS says my tracking number is not valid.

Stamped mail does not include tracking. Your item has a batch number that may or may not give a very loose idea of where your item is. Sometimes it does not update at all and sometimes it is very accurate. The only way to get an individualized tracking number is to upgrade your shipping at checkout or by contacting us before your item ships.

How long does shipping take?

Unless upgraded shipping is purchased at checkout, all of our cards and other small, lightweight items ship stamped mail or as a flat. These items can take anywhere from 2-15 days depending on where they are being shipped and if there are any USPS delays along the way. The only way to get faster shipping and tracking is to upgrade your shipping at checkout or before your item ships.

My Item didn't arrive in time. Can I get a refund?

Short answer - no. All sales are final. Longer answer - We are not in charge of USPS shipping times and delays. Sometimes, unfortunately, items do get delayed which is out of our control. We still hope you and your recipient can enjoy your purchase or you can hang on to it and be prepared for the next time the occasion arises. If you item never arrives or arrives significantly past the expected delivery date, you can submit a case to Etsy for their Purchase Protection program. Approval for these cases is up to their discretion but they will generally cover any lost or delayed items.
