Are there restocking fees for returns?

There may be up to a 20% fee. Many items are cut to order and not sold frequently, so we cannot accept returns on those. There may be restocking fees if we allow a return.

Custom and personalized orders

We do some custom cursive words. If we are not swamped we can do custom sizes and fonts. All NO HOLES requests are considered custom. Lettering is custom. Most colors are considered custom cuts. Red, Yellow, Blue, Orange, Green, Indigo, Sand, Light Gray, Brown. They are not sold often, and not returnable.

This is a very Small size perfect for your DIY table numbers, or mailboxes! Can mount on wood boards rocks, travertine, tiles, cement stepping stones, acrylic sheets, etc.

**Height is about 2 inch cap height, but actual varies per word and can be up to 2.8 inches tall when there are descender letters like "y,g,j etc".

Widths vary per word:
(One - Ten) The widest is Eight and is 5.4 inches wide
Eleven, Thirteen, and Fourteen are about 5.5" wide
(Eleven - Twenty) The widest is Seventeen and is 6.5 inches wide
(TwentyOne - TwentyFive) The Twenty Three is widest at 8.2 inches wide
TwentyEight is the widest of all at 9.8 inches wide

If getting over "Twenty" the numbers are in 1 piece. For example "TwentyOne" will be attached together on one line.

1/8" (3mm) thick cut out numbers can be used for your wedding tables, apartment doors, room numbers, mailboxes.

If you see a color in the listing photo color menu that is not in the drop down menu, select "Other" and type your color choice into the personalization box.
Mirror colors must be selected directly from the drop down menu as they are higher priced.

Note: Matte and mirror colors are one sided. The mirror colors have sticker backing already, matte colors have a glossy back. They are NOT rated for long term outdoor use like mailboxes.

For colors listed/ pictured, but not in the menu, message me for pricing.

A 1 oz tube of silicone glue is included with the number sets over $15 (not with one add on or one word) and will bond to most surfaces and withstand all weather. You can use gel super glue to glue onto acrylic.

Also works great on mailboxes, for wedding table numbers, or birthday ages to mount onto whatever you wanted.

*YOU MUST PEEL OFF THE BROWN PROTECTIVE PAPER on the back and front FIRST BEFORE GLUING!* Numbers may ship this way to prevent scratching.
