🌱What is Shilajit/Mumijo?

Shilajit is a purely natural product that is extremely rare, as it can only be found in a few mountain regions on earth, at approximately 2,000–4,000 meters in altitude. It is formed under the enormous pressure of the mountains and consists of thousands of plant species, some of which are extinct, that have decomposed into humus over millennia and blended into the natural, mineral-rich environment. This makes it rich in trace elements, important amino acids, vitamins, and other plant compounds. Mumijo is therefore one of the most nutrient-rich, naturally occurring substances on earth.

Our Shilajit comes from the pristine Altai mountain range in Central Asia.

🌱Recommended intake:

It's best to dissolve a pinch of shilajit (approx. 0.5g) in a drink first thing in the morning at a temperature no higher than 39°C. It's important not to use higher temperatures, as otherwise valuable nutrients could be lost. If you don't like the natural, earthy, and slightly bitter taste, you can mix the shilajit with juice, coffee, or tea.
