I have not received my order and there is a fraud

The order was duly shipped by us on 9th December and our records indicate that it has been delivered to the customer on 12th December. Inspite of this we have been spammed with calls and derogatory messages by the buyer who has been trying to intimidate us with threats. Customer satisfaction is our priority which can be seen in previous reviews on our shop and we have been shipping our products all over the world for the past 6 years yet this is the first time we are facing such accusations in a condescending tone which has hindered any resolution on the matter🙏🏻
