Please contact us as soon as you have determined your order has been lost, and not delivered and we will be happy to offer you a replacement :) *please note: You must contact our shop within 30 days of the estimated delivery time to receive a replacement order, OR a refund. If it is outside of this window, we are unfortunately unable to help.

Do we offer returns or exchanges?

We do offer returns or exchanges ONLY on orders placed in the EU or UK. Orders placed from Canada or USA do not qualify for a return and/or exchange! FOR RETURNS/ EXCHANGES IN THE EU/UK: -Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery -Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs -Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
