Once you place an order, please let me know your event date ahead of time, especially if your event is soon. Once you tell me your event date, I will let you know if your product will arrive in time or not. If you do not tell me your event date ahead of time, and it doesn't arrive by your event, I cannot give out a refund.

Can I Get a Refund if My Package is Marked as Delivered But I Can't Find it?

Once an order is marked delivered by USPS, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I suggest calling your local post office and asking them if they have any information on where your package is.
