There were shipping errors from the beginning. Seller said technical. Then more issues with shipping. Merchandise was dirty, very worn, smelled and had stains. Nothing like the description or picture! I will never buy from Etsy again!!! Very disappointed and upset! Never again!

As a seller, my top priority is to ensure that my customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. I did try to address your concerns in a timely manner or to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, this wasn’t possible in this case as you didn’t give me even 24 hours to resolve and initiate the return process. Just for future reference, the vintage items in Etsty will have normal wear as they aren’t new items. I represented this in description and pictures and dd not misrepresent my items as this wouldn’t be ethical. Perhaps it is best to only purchase items in person so you may inspect for your satisfaction. Apologies again as I have many years and other online shops that have five star ratings and I wish we could’ve handled this privately.
