Yes! - I enjoy creating or personalizing products that you'll love. If you are interested in custom or wholesale orders, please contact me for more information. All cards can be personalized inside with a handwritten message of your choice (free of charge). Follow the instructions on the listing. Cards with personalized messages can also be sent directly to the recipient. I cannot accept responsibility for delays in dispatching your order if you do not provide personalization details. If I need to contact you & do not hear back within 24 hours, you order will be sent without personalization to avoid dispatch delays.

WHAT IS THE SIZING OF THE PRODUCTS?

All items vary in size. With each listing, I include a picture of the item next to a ruler to show dimensions. If you’re left wondering how your sticker will fit a specific item, I’m happy to take additional photos to clarify.

CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPPING?

YES. If you need your order to arrive quickly, or if you’d like tracking on an order, feel free to message me to purchase a priority shipping label.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders ship within 1-3 days after purchase. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail in a either a kraft envelope or rigid mailer (depending on item and quantity) to prevent damage and bending. Please note that the default shipping option does NOT include tracking. USPS can take 1 to 3 weeks to deliver packages, sometimes longer due to delays and holidays. Therefore, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. I recommend ordering at least 15 days before a special occasion to avoid disappointment! If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipment, please contact me. I am more than happy to resend your package. However, I will ask an additional processing fee so it can be shipped with tracking to be better able to monitor it.

WHY DOES MY ORDER SAY IT'S IN TRANSIT BUT DOESN'T SEEM TO BE MOVING?

Etsy orders are expected to have a tracking number for proof of shipment. I ship domestic orders using labels I purchase directly from Etsy, and they use a third-party service provider called Pitney Bowes, which provides me with a tracking number. This number isn't recorded, managed or scanned by USPS because sticker orders are primarily shipped in a letter/envelope rather than a trackable package.

WHY DOES MY STICKER ORDER SAY DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE?

Stickers are shipped in a kraft envelope via USPS First Class Mail. Letters are not considered packages and are typically marked as delivered when the envelope goes through a mail scanner at your local distribution center rather than be being scanned delivered by your postman. Due to this, the tracking often shows delivered before it has actually arrived, but should arrive within a few business days. Please wait at least 3 days from when the package is marked delivered before contacting me, thanks!
