Handling Time and Customs

Handling time: After receiving your cleared payment, we need 1-5 business days to process your purchase. This does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take. We can´t send packages until payments appear to us as “cleared”. International customs: Usually, all orders are exempt from taxes and duties, but some countries may charge customs fees. Possible customs import taxes and duty fees are customer responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

We don´t generally accept returns and exchanges but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will see what we can do. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Apapacho is a made-to-order artisan products. Although we do have stock and will be delivered within a couple of business days, some pieces are being created once the order is placed. If you are unsure which size will fit, please reference our size chart and reach out to us if you have any doubt.

Mexican Style leather sandals made from 100% genuine leather with leather insole. Sole is made of high-quality rubber. All our leather huaraches are carefully handmade or hand-finished from natural materials one piece at a time. Because of this, there may be slight variations in the products. The product you receive may not be exactly identical to the one pictured. These small natural imperfections, which may be slight color or shape, give handcrafted items their innate soulful character and appeal. Highly skilled Mexican artisans who take pride in producing original huaraches craft our products. We sincerely hope that you will enjoy each leather product as much as we enjoyed making it for you.

Please see the size details under the description section of each style. Some styles are true to size and some run ½ to 1 size larger depending on your feet. Due to the natural properties of leather, we do not work with half numbers. Leather shoes will generally stretch with regular use about half-size. Is normal that your huaraches feel tight on your feet when you get them, they will break in after a while. For more information, you can take a look at our size chart included in each item's photographs. We can also help to suggest sizes for you based on the style that you choose. It will be our pleasure to help you.

Please note that although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee that every screen will precisely depict the actual color. Huaraches are made of fine cow leather, traditionally tanned and manually made by artisans. Please take into consideration that every leather product is unique and will have its own characteristics and color, which makes it unique. These characteristics should not be misconstrued as flaws or defects.

Try not to stack other shoes on top of your huaraches so the leather color and texture don´t get damaged. If your huaraches get dusty because of the weather where you live, clean them with a clean dry cloth. If your leather huaraches get wet, put newspaper inside of them to dry. Don´t put them close to the heater or stove, the leather will dry very fast and will harden, it could also break.
